Our Texas stormwater team brings hands-on experience, clear communication, and a practical approach to every site we support. We work closely with commercial, industrial, and construction clients to understand their needs, explain requirements in plain language, and help keep projects compliant and moving forward. You won’t get guesswork or canned answers—just a dependable team that shows up, pays attention to the details, and helps you avoid surprises.

Lauren Warner has been in the environmental field since 2016. She currently is a licensed QISP, Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner, and helps clients stay in compliance with the Industrial General Permit. She obtained a bachelor's degree in biology from Concordia University and started her career working as a project manager at an environmental lab. Her unique background allows her to understand both the testing and regulatory requirements of clients. She believes the most important thing you can give is your time. She is grateful for the opportunities that God has provided and the family she has been blessed with. Joe and Lauren welcomed their first child, Grace Warner, to the world on May 31st, 2020 and their second, Sunny Warner, April 28th 2022, and their third Lainey Warner in 2023. Joe is outnumbered by girls in the house.

Owner and project manager Joe has been in the storm water industry since 2010. Joe is considered an expert in his field and has consulted large projects and performed demonstrations on how to properly maintain structural BMPs throughout Texas. His work speaks for itself. Joe's goal is to build others up and make strong teams. He served in the Marine Corps as an infantryman, where he did a tour in Iraq. He and his wife moved to Colleyville Texas in pursuit of a better life. Joe loves spending his free time with family, training Jiu Jitsu, and surfing; but skateboarding is not allowed anymore because Lauren says he is too old to be doing that. California Compliance Environmental is his passion stewarded by his Christian faith and what you see is the fruit of that.
