Lauren Warner is the co-owner of Texas Compliance Environmental and has been helping businesses navigate environmental regulations since 2016. As a licensed Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP), she specializes in Industrial General Permit compliance and enjoys helping clients simplify complex environmental requirements. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Concordia University and began her career as a project manager at an environmental laboratory. Her technical background and commitment to exceptional service help clients confidently achieve compliance. Lauren’s Christian faith is the foundation of how she leads, believing that integrity, compassion, and serving others should guide both business and life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their three daughters

Joe Warner is the co-owner of Texas Compliance Environmental and has worked in stormwater compliance since 2010, helping commercial, industrial, and construction clients navigate environmental regulations with practical, dependable solutions. A United States Marine Corps veteran who served as an infantryman in Iraq, Joe leads with discipline, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. His Christian faith shapes his leadership, and he strives to honor God by serving clients with integrity and building a company that values people above all else. Outside of work, Joe enjoys surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with Lauren and their three daughters.
